Epson i1600-U1 UV Printhead

The Epson i1600-U1 UV Printhead is a 1.33 inch-wide MEMs printhead designed for high productivity and high image quality with 600 dpi high-density resolution. It is suitable for UV inks and eco solvent inks. It features 1600 nozzles arranged in 4 rows, with a nozzle pitch of 1/300 inch and resolution of 300 nozzles per inch in one row or 600 nozzles per inch in two rows. The effective print width is 33.8 mm (1.33 inches). It supports up to 4 color inks.

The droplet ejection performance supports binary 5 pL drops at 43.2 kHz, and grayscale modes with droplets sizes ranging from 3.8 pL to 12.5 pL at 21.6 kHz. The viscosity range of inks it supports is between 5-7 mPa·s. The printhead weighs about 80-82 grams and dimensions are approximately 69.1 x 59.4 x 35.6 mm. It comes with a manufacturer warranty and is made in Japan.
