To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
Do not buy this Xaar Irix Core printhead if you own any of the machines listed below. It looks identical on the outside, but the internal electronics are totally different and will not work.
- NOT for 40 pL (40 Picoliter) printers: This is an 80 pL head. It will not replace the Xaar 128/40W or Xaar Irix 40W (Light Grey Tag).
- NOT for Water-Based (Aqueous) inks: This is the "L" model for solvent, oil, and dye-sublimation inks. It will not replace the Xaar Irix 80W (Purple Tag) used for water-based inks.
- NOT for UV-Curable inks: This head is not built to handle UV inks.
- NOT for other brands: This will not replace 128-nozzle heads from Konica Minolta, Spectra, or Seiko

Returns
- Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
- Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
- Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
- Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

- DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
