Returns

• Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
• Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the packaging is opened or the board is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
• Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
• Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• DOA Policy: If the board is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
