Returns

Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
