StarFire SG1024/SA-2C Printhead

The StarFire SG1024/SA-2C Printhead is a high-performance, compact, and robust inkjet printhead designed primarily for demanding industrial applications such as textile printing, wide format, and commercial decorating. It features two separate ink paths, each with 512 independent channels arranged in four rows on a single metal nozzle plate, totaling 1024 nozzles that can be fired individually or simultaneously. The printhead supports two-color operation at resolutions up to 200 dpi per color, with native resolution up to 400 dpi in the 2C configuration.
