- CE4M Upgrades: While the newer CE4M head is commonly used on the market as a replacement for this discontinued model, this item is the exact original factory part—meaning a hassle-free drop-in swap with no firmware or voltage modifications needed.
Important Notice
To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
Do not buy this printhead if you own any of the machines listed below. It looks identical on the outside, but the internal electronics are totally different and will not work.
- Standard Toshiba CE4 (Binary): This is a grayscale head and will not work on standard binary machines.
- Solvent or Water-Based Inks: This head works only with UV-curable and oil-based inks. Other inks will destroy the seals instantly.
- Other Brands: This will not replace Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Xaar, or Epson heads.

Returns
- Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
- Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
- Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
- Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

- DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
