The Toshiba CF1 Printhead is an industrial, drop-on-demand piezo inkjet printhead featuring an ink-recirculating architecture across all channels. Designed for extra-large drop volumes up to 42 pL, it supports UV-curing and oil-based fluids for high-opacity coatings, thick ink layers, and functional fluid applications.

The Toshiba CF1 series is widely used across industrial flatbed, UV-curing, single-pass graphics, and heavy-duty ceramic digital printing systems. This component is a drop-in factory replacement for the following equipment:
- EFI Cretaprint: C3 / C4 / M4 Ceramic Printers [579]
- Mimaki: UJF-7151 Plus / UJF-7151 Plus II [579]
Important Notice
To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
- Does NOT Fit Older Mimaki Machines: It will not fit older Mimaki UV models like the JFX-1631, UJV-160, or UJF-3042/6042 series. Those systems strictly require the Toshiba CE4 / CE4M / CE4W heads.
- Does NOT Fit Océ Arizona Printers: It will not fit any Océ Arizona flatbed printers (such as the 350 GT, 460 GT, etc.). Those machines use the Toshiba CA4 or CE2 architectures, which feature entirely different physical mounting brackets and voltage pinouts.
- Does NOT Fit Other Brand Formats: It will not replace standard Ricoh (Gen5/Gen6), Epson (DX5/DX7/i3200), or Konica Minolta heads.
- Does NOT Swap Variants Freely: If your printer specifically requires a standard CF1B, you cannot put a CF1XL high-volume head in its place without completely overriding and damaging your system's ink delivery pressure, firmware, and voltage waveforms.

- Packaging: Factory sealed in original Toshiba packaging
- Handling: Do not open the printhead package until you are ready to install. Avoid touching the nozzle plate or electrical contacts. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Returns
- Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
- Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
- Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
- Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
Warranty
- Seller Warranty: This item is sold as new, factory sealed. We do not provide an additional seller warranty beyond the return policy described above.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Any manufacturer warranty is subject to Toshiba’s policies and may require proof of purchase from an authorized distributor. We are an authorized Toshiba Distributor - please message us if you have specific warranty questions.
- DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
