This is a genuine TSC OEM spare printhead, which under TSC’s standard policy carries a manufacturer warranty period of 12 months from invoice/shipment for printheads used under normal conditions, or up to a specified print length (e.g., 1 million inches) – subject to TSC terms and region.
We offer a 90-day limited warranty against DOA (dead on arrival) or functional defects not caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling.
Warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect installation, use of incompatible labels/ribbons, physical damage, or improper cleaning/maintenance.
