Mimaki M022625 Printhead

The Mimaki M022625 printhead is a GEN5 type printhead designed for Mimaki JFX200-2513 printers, suitable for high-speed, high-resolution industrial flatbed printing. It supports two and four color printing, 8 levels of grayscale, and features a nozzle density of up to 600 nozzles per inch (npi). The printhead has 4 x 320 nozzles with a nozzle spacing of 0.1693 mm and employs a D33 Stacked PZT piezo type. It includes an integrated heater and thermistor for temperature control, operating up to 80°C. Drop volume ranges from 7 to 35 picoliters (pl) with a native drop volume of 7 pl and a drop velocity of 7 m/s, capable of jetting frequency up to 60 kHz.

The Mimaki M022625 Printhead has a lifespan of 100 billion actuations per nozzle. This part (M022625) replaces earlier versions M017004 and M015028. When installing this new printhead, a firmware update to at least version 2.60 for JFX200-2513 printers may be required for proper functioning. Dimensions of the printhead are 89 x 25 x 69 mm excluding cables.​
