Sapphire QSR-256 10PL Printhead

The Sapphire QSR-256 10PL printhead is a high-performance grayscale printhead designed for exceptional accuracy and versatility. It features 256 independent channels arranged in a single row with 100 dots-per-inch spacing, offering a print width of approximately 64.77 mm (2.55 inches). The printhead uses VersaDrop™ jetting technology to eject adjustable droplets from 10 to 30 picoliters in binary mode or a fundamental 10-picoliter drop in grayscale mode, achieving resolutions up to 1200 dpi. It operates at a nominal drop velocity of 8 meters per second with fluids having viscosities in the range of 10 to 14 centipoise.
