Packaging: Double-boxed with anti-static shielding, foam inserts, and shock-absorbing materials inside a rigid outer carton.
Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or UPS Worldwide Expedited ( buyer selects at checkout).
Tracking: Full tracking number provided via eBay message and email upon shipment.
Insurance: All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price.

Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Once the factory seal is broken or the printhead is installed, the item becomes non-returnable unless it is confirmed defective under warranty.
Return Process:
Contact us via message to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Ship the item back in its original packaging, fully insured, to the address provided.
Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund (minus original shipping cost, if applicable) will be issued within 3 business days.
