The Spectra Galaxy PH 256/80 HM Printhead is a high-performance 256-channel industrial piezoelectric inkjet printhead. It is specifically built for hot melt (phase-change) printing applications, delivering an 80 picoliter calibrated drop size at resolutions up to 450 dpi.

Important Notice
To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
Do not buy If your old printhead does not say PH 256/80 HM on the sticker. It looks identical on the outside, but the internal electronics are totally different and will not work.
Home & Office Printers: Will not fit HP, Canon, Epson, or Xerox desk printers.
T-Shirt & Fabric Printers: Will not fit clothing printers like the Brother GTX or Mimaki TS.
Banner & Sign Printers: Will not fit modern banner machines like the Roland TrueVIS or HP Latex.
Newer Factory Printers: Will not fit machines made for Dimatix StarFire or Polaris heads.
If your printer uses liquid ink from a bottle, cartridge, or pouch, this head will not work. It only works in machines that use solid, hard wax blocks.

Returns
Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
Warranty
Seller Warranty: This item is sold as new, factory sealed. We do not provide an additional seller warranty beyond the return policy described above.
Manufacturer Warranty: Any manufacturer warranty is subject to Fujifilm Dimatix’s policies and may require proof of purchase from an authorized distributor. We are an authorized Fujifilm Dimatix Distributor - please message us if you have specific warranty questions.
DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
