Konica KM HS1000 Printhead

The Konica KM HS1000 printhead is a piezo on-demand inkjet printhead featuring 1024 nozzles arranged as 4 lines of 256 nozzles each. It offers a resolution of 360 dpi and prints with 30 picoliter droplet size, supporting 8 grayscale levels. The printhead has a maximum firing frequency of 27 kHz and a print width of 72 mm. It uses a high-density nozzle structure for improved positioning accuracy and high-definition print quality. The printhead is compatible with UV (white) inks and includes an integrated heater. Its dimensions are approximately 131 mm wide, 17 mm deep, and 94 mm high, with a weight around 150 grams.

This model replaced the earlier KM1024i LHE series and is designed for high-speed, single-pass inkjet printing systems, widely used in printers from brands like Konica Minolta, Agfa, and others.
