The Spectra Polaris PQ-512/35 AAA Printhead is a robust, high-performance 512-channel industrial inkjet printhead featuring a 35-picoliter native drop size, designed for demanding wide-format and commercial printing systems running UV-curable, solvent, or aqueous inks.
This PQ-512/35 AAA printhead is widely used in high-production, grand-format industrial printers. Common compatible configurations include, but are not limited to:

Important Notice
To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
Do not buy If your old printhead does not say PQ-512/35 AAA on the sticker,on the label or in the manual. It looks identical on the outside, but the internal electronics are totally different and will not work.
Printers made for the 15-picoliter version (Polaris PQ-512/15): Even though they look exactly the same on the outside, they use completely different electronic voltages and software. You cannot swap a 35pl head into a 15pl slot.
Printers using other Spectra models: It will not fit machines built for older or newer Spectra lines like the StarFire, Galaxy, or Nova.
Printers built for other brands: It is completely incompatible with machines that use Epson (like DX5, DX7, i3200, XP600), Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Seiko, or Xaar printheads. The cables, shape, and software will not match.
Printers needing 4 colors from one head: This head can only handle 1 or 2 colors at a time. It cannot split into 4 colors.

Condition: New
Packaging: Factory sealed in original Toshiba packaging
Handling: Do not open the printhead package until you are ready to install. Avoid touching the nozzle plate or electrical contacts. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Returns
Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
Warranty
Seller Warranty: This item is sold as new, factory sealed. We do not provide an additional seller warranty beyond the return policy described above.
Manufacturer Warranty: Any manufacturer warranty is subject to Fujifilm Dimatix’s policies and may require proof of purchase from an authorized distributor. We are an authorized Fujifilm Dimatix Distributor - please message us if you have specific warranty questions.
DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
