Sapphire QS-256/30 AAA Printhead

The Sapphire QS-256/30 AAA printhead is an advanced industrial inkjet printhead featuring 256 independent channels arranged in a single row of nozzles at 100 dots-per-inch spacing. It has a print width of 64.77 mm and employs Dimatix's VersaDrop™ jetting technology for flexible operation. The printhead can eject adjustable droplet sizes from 30 to 80 picoliters in binary jetting mode or a fundamental 30-picoliter drop in grayscale mode, with a firing frequency of up to 33 kHz.

It supports a wide range of ink formulations, including UV-curable, organic solvent, and aqueous inks, with an ink operating temperature up to 90°C.
