This is the MS Italy proprietary variant complete with the factory MS head cable harness. It WILL NOT FIT and is NOT interchangeable with the "Standard" or "EFI Reggiani" versions of the KJ4B-0300 printhead. Do not buy this if you own a non-MS machine (such as EFI Reggiani, DGI, Homer, or Hanway). Additionally, this is an Aqueous (Water-Based) printhead—it is completely incompatible with UV or Solvent ink setups. No returns will be accepted if the factory seal is broken due to incorrect compatibility ordering.

Returns
Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
