Compatible printer models
The Kyocera KJ4B-YH Printhead is a specialized, ultra-high-speed component designed for single-pass industrial commercial presses and high-volume single-pass packaging systems.
Unlike general textile heads, the Standard YH variant is explicitly built to be compatible with:
Canon / Océ Colourstream Series (specifically optimized for high-volume commercial production lines like the Océ Colourstream 6700)
Hanway Glory Series (highly utilized in industrial single-pass corrugated packaging presses such as the Hanway Glory 2505).
Important Notice
To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
Not Compatible with Textile/DTG Printers: This model will not physically or electronically fit systems that use the slower Kyocera KJ4B-QA or KJ4B-QL heads (such as Aeoon Kyo or Textalk systems). The physical dimensions and firing frequencies are completely different (40 kHz vs 30 kHz).
Not Compatible with MS Italy or EFI Reggiani: Brand-proprietary machines from MS Printing Solutions or EFI require custom-tuned electronics and pre-packaged custom cable lines.

Returns
Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
Warranty
Seller Warranty: This item is sold as new, factory sealed. We do not provide an additional seller warranty beyond the return policy described above.
Manufacturer Warranty: Any manufacturer warranty is subject to Kyocera’s policies and may require proof of purchase from an authorized distributor. We are an authorized Kyocera Distributor - please message us if you have specific warranty questions.
DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
