Shipping

Insurance: All shipments are insured for full value.

Returns
Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition for return:
Item must be unopened, in original factory-sealed packaging, with all original labels intact.
Once the factory seal is broken or the printhead is installed, it cannot be returned unless received defective or misdescribed.
Return process:
Contact us within the 30-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Ship the item back in its original packaging, securely boxed, with tracking.
Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Return shipping costs:
If the item is not as described or arrives damaged, we cover return shipping.
For buyer’s remorse or compatibility issues, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Warranty
Seller warranty:
30-day DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only.
If the printhead is found to be defective within this period (and remains in original sealed packaging or proven DOA upon first installation by a qualified technician), we will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.
OEM / manufacturer warranty:
Fujifilm/Dimatix OEM warranty terms apply where applicable and may require purchase through an authorized channel and registration.
Any OEM warranty claims must be handled in line with Fujifilm’s policies and may require proof of purchase and installation by qualified personnel.
Warranty exclusions:
Damage due to improper installation, incorrect electrical settings, incompatible inks, overheating, physical damage, or misuse.
Issues arising from integration errors, controller mismatches, or unsupported firmware.
Any printhead that has been opened, installed, or used beyond initial testing by a qualified technician, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
