Epson I3200-U1 4 Color Printhead

The Epson I3200-U1 4 Color Printhead is a high-resolution, cost-effective PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead designed for UV-based inks. It features 3200 nozzles arranged in 8 rows with a nozzle pitch of 1/300 inch. The printhead supports up to 4 colors with an effective print width of 1.33 inches (33.8 mm) and delivers a resolution of 300 npi per row and 600 npi for dual lines. It offers droplet ejection performance with binary and multiple grayscale levels, supporting ink droplet sizes ranging from about 3.8 to 12.5 picoliters at frequencies of 21.6 to 43.2 kHz. The printhead measures approximately 69.1 x 59.4 x 35.6 mm, weighs around 82 grams, and is widely used for UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printing applications.
