Compatible printer models
The Toshiba CK1L printhead is a specialized, industrial components system rather than a generic consumer printhead. It is primarily built for high-throughput, industrial single-pass production lines.
If you have a machine that uses this printhead, it is almost always one of these industrial brands:
EFI Cretaprint: Found inside large tile-printing machines like the Cretaprint C3 and Cretaprint C4.
KERAjet & Xennia: Used in specialized factory printers that apply thick inks, glazes, or protective coatings to ceramic products.
The Toshiba CK1L is specifically made to replace one thing: the older Toshiba CF1L or CF1XL printhead. If your printer doesn't already use that exact head, the CK1L will not fit.
If it isn't in a pre-built brand name printer, it is used in custom factory lines. These setups usually rely on Global Inkjet Systems (GIS) electronic drive boards to make the printhead communicate with the computer.
Important Notice
To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
It cannot replace the Toshiba CE4 / CE4M (common in standard UV sign printers).
It cannot replace the Toshiba CA4 or CF3 models.
It cannot use water-based inks (used for paper or clothing) or strong solvent inks.
It cannot be used for printing high-resolution labels, stickers, or fine-art photos. The print will come out blurry, wet, and messy.
It will not fit office, home, or standard business printers (like HP, Epson, Canon, or Brother) because it is way too big and physically won't fit inside them.

Returns
Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty
Seller Warranty: This item is sold as new, factory sealed. We do not provide an additional seller warranty beyond the return policy described above.
Manufacturer Warranty: Any manufacturer warranty is subject to Toshiba’s policies and may require proof of purchase from an authorized distributor. We are an authorized Toshiba Distributor - please message us if you have specific warranty questions.
DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
