Genuine Toshiba TEC replacement printhead for B-EV4D and B-EV4T desktop label printers. This is the 203dpi version, part number 7FM03784000. It is brand new and comes in the original sealed factory packaging. The B-EV4 series supports 203/300 dpi models, and the B-EV4D/B-EV4T line is Toshiba’s compact desktop thermal printer range.
Printer model names and series are used for reference only. This is a replacement part, not a complete printer. Compatibility depends on your printer’s exact configuration (especially dpi and model variant). Shipping
Handling time: Ships within 1 business day of cleared payment (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Packaging: Item will be securely packed in a rigid box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit. Printhead is shipped in its original sealed factory packaging inside an outer shipping carton.
Carriers: Shipped via tracked courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, or national postal service with tracking, depending on destination).
Tracking: A tracking number will be uploaded to your order as soon as the label is created.
International shipping: Available to most countries. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, with original sealed packaging intact and all accessories included.
Return conditions:
Item must be unopened and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead package is opened, returns are accepted only if the item is proven defective (see Warranty section).
All original materials (box, manuals, etc.) must be included.
Return process:
Contact us through the marketplace messaging system to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid or discounted return label.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided method.
Refunds: Refund issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return shipping costs:
For buyer’s remorse (wrong part ordered, changed mind, etc.): buyer pays return shipping.
For defective or incorrectly shipped items: we cover return shipping and all associated costs.
Warranty
Coverage: This genuine Toshiba TEC printhead is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Typical distributor warranty periods are 3–6 months from the date of delivery, depending on region and supplier.
What is covered: Failure due to manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation.
What is not covered:
Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, dropping, or exposure to liquids.
Damage resulting from using incompatible media, incorrect printer settings, or non‑recommended cleaning procedures.
Normal wear and tear, including gradual decline in print quality over time due to usage.
Printers or components other than the printhead itself.
Warranty process:

Description of the issue and any error messages
Photos of the printhead, packaging, and sample print (if applicable)
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
In valid warranty cases, we will typically cover return shipping for the defective unit.
Note: Some regions may have additional statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by this warranty. Those rights remain unaffected.
Installation & Use Notes
This is a replacement consumable part for industrial barcode/label printers, not a complete printer.
Installation should be performed by trained personnel following the Toshiba TEC service/maintenance manual for your specific model.
Before installation, power off the printer and follow all safety and ESD precautions described in the official manual.
After installation, perform test prints and, if required, adjust printhead pressure and sensor settings according to the printer’s maintenance guide
