Important Notice
To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
Do not buy this 2001+ GS12C printhead if you own any of the machines listed below. It looks identical on the outside, but the internal electronics are totally different and will not work.
No Home or Office Printers: Does not fit standard desktop printers (Epson, HP, Canon, Brother).
No Clothing Printers: Does not fit DTF (Direct-to-Film) or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) t-shirt printers.
No Signage Printers: Does not fit commercial banner or vinyl sign printers (Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh).
No Small UV Flatbeds: Does not fit small craft or phone case printers.
Will NOT fit: Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, Epson, HP, Canon, or Brother machines.
Will NOT fit old Xaar models: Cannot directly replace Xaar 128, 126, 501, or old 1001/1002/1003 models without changing the printer's electronics.
Will NOT work with: Water-based inks, t-shirt sublimation inks, or standard home printer inks. It is made only for industrial oil, UV, and ceramic glazes.

Packaging: Factory sealed in original Toshiba packaging
Handling: Do not open the printhead package until you are ready to install. Avoid touching the nozzle plate or electrical contacts. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

International Shipping: Available, shipped via FedEx / DHL / Local courier with tracking. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns
Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
Warranty
Seller Warranty: This item is sold as new, factory sealed. We do not provide an additional seller warranty beyond the return policy described above.
Manufacturer Warranty: Any manufacturer warranty is subject to Xaar’s policies and may require proof of purchase from an authorized distributor. We are an authorized Xaar Distributor - please message us if you have specific warranty questions.
DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
