The Toshiba Tec CF1B Printhead is an industrial, drop-on-demand piezo inkjet printhead designed for UV-curing and oil-based inks. It features 636 nozzles, a 53.7 mm print width, 300 dpi resolution, and ink-recirculation technology across all channels. It is widely used in flatbed printers like the Mimaki UJF-7151 Plus.

Important Notice
To prevent costly buyer return requests, it is critical to explicitly state what this head does NOT fit:
Do not buy this printhead if you own any of the machines listed below. It looks identical on the outside, but the internal electronics are totally different and will not work.
Does NOT fit Mimaki UJF-3042 series or UJF-6042 series: These smaller flatbed setups natively use Toshiba Tec CE4M or Epson printheads. They do not utilize the internal ink-recirculation architecture or physical footprint of the CF1B.
Does NOT fit Mimaki JFX series (e.g., JFX200, JFX500): These wide-format flatbeds require entirely different industrial heads (such as Ricoh Gen5 or Konica Minolta series) and cannot drive the CF1B waveform.
Does NOT fit cylindrical/high-gap specialty printers: High-drop systems designed for travel mugs or irregular shapes typically require the Toshiba Tec CF3 or CF3R series, which feature a 600 npi resolution layout, completely different physical dimensions, and different driving voltages.
Does NOT replace the CF1L or CK1L: The Toshiba CF1L is a separate internal model variation optimized for distinct fluid dynamics (often used in packaging/textile).
Does NOT replace standard CF1BL or CF1BXL configurations: While sharing the same structural family, the L and XL letter extensions designate distinct manufacturer-calibrated nozzle offsets, drop-volume limits, or alignment options.
Does NOT replace the CA4 / CA5 / CE4 series: Older generation non-recirculating Toshiba printheads use entirely different physical shapes, wiring ribbons, and fluid manifolds.

Returns
Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty
Seller Warranty: This item is sold as new, factory sealed. We do not provide an additional seller warranty beyond the return policy described above.
Manufacturer Warranty: Any manufacturer warranty is subject to Toshiba’s policies and may require proof of purchase from an authorized distributor. We are an authorized Toshiba Distributor - please message us if you have specific warranty questions.
DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
