Returns
- Returns accepted: 30 days from delivery, only if item is unopened, in original sealed factory packaging, and in as-shipped condition.

- Restocking fee: none for unopened items in original packaging; 15% restocking fee may apply if box is opened but item is unused (at seller’s discretion).
- Non-returnable: any item that has been installed, primed, or shows signs of use, ink exposure, or tampering.

Warranty
- Seller warranty: 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects for unmodified, properly installed printheads used within published specifications.

- Exclusions: damage from improper installation, incompatible inks or drivers, electrical issues, clogging due to neglect, ink contamination, or operation outside specified temperature/viscosity ranges.

- Beyond 90 days: manufacturer warranty may apply; contact Fujifilm Dimatix support with serial number and proof of purchase.
