Do not buy this Xaar Nitrox core Printhead if you own any of the machines listed below. It looks identical on the outside, but the internal electronics are totally different and will not work.
- NO Water-Based Inks: Does NOT work with aqueous, textile, or dye-sublimation inks.
- NO GS6 or GS40 Channels: Only fits slots set up for GS12 (12pL). Will not work in channels tuned for GS6 or GS40.
- NO Other Brands: Does NOT fit printers designed for Kyocera, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Dimatix, or Epson heads.
- NO Legacy Xaar: Does NOT fit old Xaar 128, 501, or 502 systems.

Returns
- Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 / 30 days of delivery.
- Condition for Return: Item must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Once the printhead packaging is opened or the head is installed, it cannot be returned unless it is proven to be dead on arrival (DOA) and not damaged by improper handling or installation.
- Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is not as described or is DOA and confirmed by us.
- Refund: Refund issued for the item price once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

- DOA Policy: If the printhead is confirmed dead on arrival (no electrical shorts caused by the user, proper installation, and compatible electronics), we will replace or refund according to our return policy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electronics, wrong ink, static discharge, or physical damage is not covered.
